How to Prepare Your Knives:

  1. Wrap Blades Safely: Wrap each blade tightly in thick cardboard, folded paper, or shop towels and secure with tape to prevent injury or blade damage.

  2. Tag Your Order: Place wrapped items inside a Ziploc bag or box labeled with your Name and Order # / Phone Number.

  3. Drop & Go: Place your tagged bag inside the secure plastic tote on the porch anytime 24/7. (Area monitored by security camera).

What Happens Next?

  • Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours.

  • You’ll receive a text message as soon as your knives are finished, along with an online invoice (Square/Card/Venmo).

  • Once paid, your knives will be placed back in the bin for pickup at your convenience!
